Hands up who’s glad half term’s over and it’s back to school this week?! We had a busy week with the middle one’s fifth birthday (see 5 wishes for my son on his 5th birthday) and several days out, including a trip to Hinton Ampner National Trust in Hampshire where #MySundaySnapshot this week was taken. There’s a sunken garden which is perfect for a game of hide and seek – and the perfect opportunity to let off some much-needed steam too! As we both work from home it’s fair to say we’re both behind work-wise owing to the school holidays, so I’m glad it’s back to business as usual this week!
Oh no, I don’t want to the kids to go back to school. We’ve had so much fun this half term. It’s been expensive though so I guess the purse strings will need to be pulled tight on the treats until Christmas now. I love your photo, sunken gardens are so amazing, I don’t know how they manage to keep them looking so nice they must take so much work.

It wound like you had a fantastic half day. It looks like the kids were having great fun. It does look perfect for hide and seek x
I think we need another week off to recover rom half term here! Love it there #mysundaysnapshot
What a lovely photo! I work at home too and it’s definitely easier to focus now the kids are back at school. Mine are all teenagers, but they still seem to interrupt the working day!
What a wonderful place to visit. Looks like you had a great half day and these are what memories are made of xx #MySundaySnapshot
Such a lovely garden, they look like they are having so much fun! Thanks so much for sharing your snaps and for linking up with #MySundaySnapshot.
