They say twinning is winning, and as a mama to not one, not two but three little girls I’ve discovered being matchy matchy very definitely is!

The only thing my girls love more than dressing up in matching outfits is dressing up in matching outfits with me too, so when fashion brand Glamify got in touch and asked us to help spread the word about their Mummy and me range of course we said yes!

If you haven’t come across Glamify before they specialise in loungewear and trend-led clothes and accessories for women and girls.

They’ve had so many requests for mini versions of their outfits so that mummies can twin with their girls that they’ve launched a mini me clothing collection designed especially with twinning in mind.

If you’re a mama to a little girl (or three!) like me and love twinning Glamify’s Mummy and me range includes everything from loungewear sets and jumpers to coats and cardigans.

When it comes to searching for outfit ideas you can refine your search by age so you’ll only see suggestions in sizes to fit you and your little ones. We’re big rainbow fans in our house so we decided to channel our inner mermaid with a set of ariel multi colour cable knit jumpers – perfect as we head into spring and out of lockdown!

The jumpers have high necks and long cuffed sleeves with a diamond pattern on the arms, keeping us warm and cosy when it’s too hot outside for a coat, but not quite warm enough to be outdoors with bare arms.

If you’re a regular follower of the blog you’ll know we live by the seaside, and even when it’s sunny there can be a real nip in the air on a windy day so our jumpers are just the job as the seasons change.

I’m also currently breastfeeding our lockdown baby Violet, and instead of buying nursing specific clothes I tend to favour the ‘one up, one down’ approach by pulling a jumper or top up and vest underneath down for feeding. My Glamify jumper is also just the job for this!

What are the prices like?

My ariel multi colour cable knit jumper comes with an rrp of £40 but is currently £20 in the spring sale. Bluebell and Marigold’s mini me ariel jumpers are usually priced at £41.66 but are also in the sale, costing £25 each.

Our verdict

The jumpers are super soft and were true to size for all of us (M/L for me, 12-13 for Bluebell and 6-7 for Marigold). Delivery was super speedy (the jumpers arrived just a day after placing our order) and I really like the cuffed sleeves which give shape and are something a little bit different. The pattern on the arms are also perfect for channelling our inner mermaid vibes. We also got quite a few compliments from passers by when we were taking the pictures for this post!

My only criticism is that the jumper doesn’t come in Violet’s size (age 12 – 18 months) as we’d definitely love to twin with her too!
