Taking time out of each day to give thanks for what we have leads to a more positive outlook and helps us see all of the goodness life has to offer.

We all know babies don’t come with an instruction manual and parenthood brings with it plenty of struggles. From sleepless nights and tantrums, to worrying about our kids’ physical and emotional health, there never seems to be an end in sight.
Yet despite these challenges, being thankful for what we have helps us stay grounded in reality during tough times. When you practice gratitude regularly, you will find that you are able to remain calm and confident when faced with difficult situations.

One of the most important lessons we can learn from motherhood is how to appreciate ourselves. Mothers often spend so much time caring for others that they forget to take care of themselves.
