To steal a phrase from Blue Peter #MySundayPhoto this week is a close up of something I prepared earlier. If you follow me on Instagram you’ll know I make the odd cake for family and friends every now and again, and this is my latest creation: a wedding cake for one of my oldest friends. It took 27 eggs and goodness knows how much sugar to produce, and I’m pleased to say she loved it.
