This week we decamped to my in-laws in the New Forest while some work was done on our flat, meaning I swapped my seafront runs here in Hove for New Forest runs instead. An eery ground mist often starts the day, and I took this photo just as the sun was coming up on another sunny day (ignore the green reflection – not sure what that is!) At 17 weeks pregnant I’m trying to make the most of my runs and enjoy the freedom before my bump gets bigger – which it seems to be doing by the day! For anyone else exercising in pregnancy I have a great post from GP Natalie Michele on how to exercise safely – it’s well worth a read with lots of advice and tips!
It’s such a pretty picture and probably a very nice view when you’re running. Hope it’s all going well x
Hi Natalie, it’s views like that that make it worth getting up for an early run. Very mystical. I hope you manage to keep running well into your pregnancy.
xx
What a glorious looking place for a run
Thank you for linking up
Beautiful photo! Almost makes me want to get up early #MySundayPhoto
Lovely photo and keep up the exercise just be sensible. I swam my usual 40 lengths the day before I had the triplets.
Its gloomy where I am today so this gives me a warmth and the light that I need to start my day better. Thanks for sharing! #mysundayphoto
