I took Littlest B’s new baby cards down this week. It’s been almost three months since she was born on Valentine’s Day and there’s no getting away from the fact she isn’t a newborn anymore. She’s a big bouncing baby with a huge smile and a giggle that’s starting to bubble up beneath the surface. It’s been a busy few months adjusting to life as a mum of three and getting to grips with breastfeeding again, and Littlest B has been busy too – already starring in her first ever vlog! It’s time to accept our newborn bubble has burst so I’ve stacked her cards in a neat pile, wrapped them in a pink ribbon and put them away for her to read herself one day. Did you keep the cards you were sent when your little one was born? Have you looked at them since?
No what a lovely idea. I wish I had now! #Mysundayphoto
Oh bless, those first few months go so quickly
Thank you for linking up
Time does fly with a newborn! #MySundayPhoto
Oh wow! Time does fly. It does not seem nearly 3 months since you had her x
Shameful, I don’t think I still have any cards, though my Mum gave me a stack of my own recently, do keep them
I keep all his cards in a box #MySundayPhoto
Three months already? Where does time go? I have kept all of the cards and things people sent for my three, together with their hospital tags, umbilical clips and other bits and bobs. Couldn’t bear to throw them away! π
oh such a lovely way of keeping memories! I wish I’d done this with our cards they are just in boxes in the attic.
