Eagle eyed visitors to Confessions of a Crummy Mummy may have noticed there have been one or two changes to the website this week.
I’m talking about the addition of 10 tiny fingers, 10 tiny toes and a new face in our blog header – three week old Violet Hope!
It’s been five years since we last had a proper blog refresh at Crummy Mummy HQ and the arrival of baby number four seemed like the perfect opportunity for an update after becoming a family of six.
Our new look featuring baby number four!
Once again the talented Ellie Illustrates has worked her magic on a brand new blog header featuring the whole family on the beach here where we live in East Sussex, using a mix of her signature graphics, illustrations and watercolours.
This is the third header Ellie has created for us and I love how they’ve evolved over the years as our family has grown.
She’s also made me a new avatar (I love the fact I don’t appear to have aged a day since she created my last one in 2015!) and a super duper new media kit which you canΒ download here if you’re interested in working with us.
I love the new look and how it turned out and if you’re looking for a designer or illustrator of any kind Ellie Illustrates comes highly recommended by me! What do you think of our new look? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

We had out first header by Ellie Illustrates which is now framed too! Life has changed so much since. I love yours all together it is the perfect family storyboard!
